    报告人简介：Jürgen Zentek教授德国柏林自由大学（Free University of Berlin），动物医学院院长、动物营养系主任、教授、博导。近年来，注重以益生菌的角度进行抗生素替代研究，探索益生菌对于动物肠道免疫的作用机制，为抗生素的替代研究提供了全新的思路。近年主持参加欧盟及德国的研究基金项目十余项，在动物营养、动物免疫学领域发表SCI论文百余篇。
