　　Geert Opsomer教授的主要兴趣是高产奶牛群的繁殖和群体健康。获得繁殖和群体健康方向的硕士、博士和欧洲动物繁殖学院（ECAR）的博士学位，多年来从事奶牛能量代谢和繁殖健康研究。

　　目前的研究课题主要涉及营养代谢对高产奶牛群体健康和繁殖能力的影响。
