  Research Interests:

  1. Structure and function study about enzymes and proteins involved in the metabolism of nucleic acids and the maintenance of genome stability.

  2. Structure and function study about plant transcription factors involved in development.

  3. The interaction mechanism between crops and fungal pathogen.

  4. Analysis and mining of high - throughput biological data, such as genome, transcriptome, proteome and metabolome.
