论文摘要：Liliaceae Veratrum L. is distributed in many regions of the world. As a poisonous medicinal plant, it has attracted the attention of researchers because it contains a variety of active substances and has many pharmacological effects, such as antihypertensive, antineoplastic, and insecticidal effects. In this paper, the chemical structures and relative molecular weights of 60 kinds of V. nigrum steroid alkaloids (VSA), and the synthetic pathways of VSA and their various medicinal activities were summarized by reviewing recent literature in recent years, in order to provide a reference for the future development and utilization of V. nigrum.

百合科藜芦属（Liliaceae Veratrum L.）植物藜芦V．nigrum L.生长范围广泛，在全球多个地区均有分布。作为一种有毒药用植物，因其含有多种活性物质并具有多种药理作用而被研究人员关注。本文通过整理近些年的文献，共总结了60种甾体生物碱的化学结构与相对分子质量，以及甾体生物碱的合成途径和其多种药用活性，以期为藜芦之后的开发与利用提供参考。
