主要研究方向

致力于西北旱区农业生态系统土壤微生态研究,结合微生物生态学、土壤学、微生物学、植物学等多学科手段,通过田间定位试验和温室受控试验,运用高通量测序微生物组学、代谢组学和稳定同位素示踪,具体研究:

近五年已发表的科研论文

围绕农田土壤氮素循环过程等科学问题,从资源-功能-调控三个层面,明确农田土壤中关键功能微生物驱动的氮素转化过程,阐明关键氮转化过程对农田土壤养分蓄持和损失贡献,揭示农业管理措施塑造功能微生物结构与功能的机制,为加力提高粮食单产产能,保障国家粮食安全提供了重要理论与技术参考。相关成果发表在Microbiome (2), Chemical Engineering Jouranal, Science of The Total Environment, Bioresource Technology, Applied Soil Ecology等期刊。
