On the morning of March 2, NWAFU and Arizona State University held an online meeting of the Chinese-foreign Educational Cooperation Program Management Committee, with the aim of promoting the high-quality development of Chinese-foreign education cooperation program.
At the meeting, the two sides first reviewed the work of last year's educationalcooperation, pointed out that the success of the program was unanimously praised by the professors, students and parents, and affirmed the effort of Arizona StateUniversity. Facing the impact of the epidemic, ASU insisted on sending professors to teach in China to ensure the quality of teaching. The two university believe that the high-quality teaching resourcesis the core of the Chinese-foreign Educational Cooperation Program and ASU will continue to increase investment in faculties.In the future, the universities will strengthen their cooperation, setting up a new benchmark for Chinese-foreign educational cooperation in agricultural universities. The meeting also studied other related matters, such as personnel adjustment of the management committees of the two universities, employment of foreign teachers and curriculum arrangement.
The Chinese-foreign Educational Cooperation Programof Environmental Science specialty in NWAFU has recruited 170 students for two years, and won the Excellent Chinese-foreign Educational Cooperation Program of Shaanxi Province in 2021.
