To enhance the friendship and further the communication between China and Republic of Belarus, the Confucius Classroom of NWAFU& Branavichy State University held the first round-table conference on the March 30^th. This meeting will inspire more teachers and students to join into the research of China-Belarus cooperation.

The in-depth exchanges focused on the science and technology, economy and trade, culture and education of China and Belarus. NWAFU professor Wei Feng introduced the development and current situation of China's agriculture. Then NWAFU professor Zhao Dan reported on the training of new-type professional farmers in China, and Dr. Yang Qinghua interpreted the construction of NWAFU’s demonstration park in Belarus and the training of international agricultural talents.

At the meeting, Baranavichy State University extended appreciation to the three teachers and students for their reports and contributions to the China-Belarus collaboration. Excitingly, the students from Baranavichy State University recited Tang poems in Chinese, and Chinese students performed piano and violin ensemble. The conference ended with a happy note.

As one of the hinges of the "Belt and Road", the Republic of Belarus enjoys unique geographical advantages. It is one of the first countries who join in the construction of the "Belt and Road" and one of China's most important economic and trade partners in Eurasia. For a long time, the strategic partnership of mutual trust and win-win cooperation between China and Belarus has developed healthily and steadily. The two countries have frequent exchanges in politics, economy, trade, culture and education. The comprehensive cooperation between China and Belarus will promote the high-quality co-construction of the “Belt and Road” and accelerate the construction of a healthy, digital and green Silk Road, which will benefit the people of both countries.
