On the morning of April 30th, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the Undergraduate Education Work Conference of the New Era Colleges and Universities, and to accelerate the construction of first-class undergraduate education, on the occasion of the 131st International Labor Day, the opening ceremony of NWAFU’s 2nd Teaching and Learning Cultural Festival with the theme of “advocating labor and educating through practice” and the launching ceremony of on-site practice training for young and middle-aged teachers were held at the first station of the experimental farm.

　　The person in charge of the Education Development Center reported on the implementation of the “Methods for Cultivating Practical Ability of Young and Middle-aged Teachers in Northwest A&F University”. The person in charge of the station center reported the overall situation of the construction of the “NWAFU Characteristics” field teaching system to better serve the practice of educating people. Xu Chenyang, a teacher from College of Natural Resources and Environment, made a speech on behalf of young teachers.

　　According to the “Methods for Cultivating Practical Ability of Young and Middle-aged Teachers in Northwest A&F University” issued by the University and the implementation plan, a total of 390 young and middle-aged teachers responded positively and will start on-site practical training in 180 stations and bases.
