According to the latest news from committee of MCM/ICM, NWAFU students achieved great success in the 2020 Mathematical Contest In Modeling and Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling --- two first prizes, seven second prizes and 25 third prizes.

　　NWAFU has always been encouraging her students to participate in the CUMCM ( Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling), National Post-Graduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling, and International MCM/ICM. In the past three years, there have been over 3,000 NWAFU students from 21 colleges and department taking part in the contests, which enables the contest in modeling the most well received activity.
