背景:
OeurngChantha博士毕业于柬埔寨技术研究所。在比利时列日大学农业生物技术学院获得水文与农田水利工程专业硕士学位,随后在法国图卢兹大学获得水文水资源与环境专业博士学位。从2006年便在柬埔寨技术研究所工作,从事水文与水资源工程方面的研究。他在流域水平衡分析,流域尺度的水文泥沙,养分运输的影响评估方面具有丰富的研究经验。目前,他主要是在水电开发背景下,从事湄公河与洞里萨湖地区的水文泥沙研究。
Background:
Dr. OeurngChantha graduated from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia. Then, he finished a Master of Engineering in Hydrology and Agricultural Hydraulics from Gembloux Agro-BioTech, University of Liege, Belgium and a Ph.D. in Hydrology, Water Resources and Environment from the University of Toulouse 3, France. He has been a lecturer and researcher in the area of hydrology and water resources engineering, at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia since 2006. He has research experiences on a wide range of water balance analysis of catchment, impact assessment of hydrology and sediment, nutrient transport at catchment scale. Currently, he has been involved with research on hydrology and sediment in the Mekong and Tonlesap Lake Region within the context of hydropower dam development.
